Lasagne & Pollo La Scala - the classic pasta dish served alongside sautéed chicken finished with white wine, mascarpone and a roasted red bell pepper sauce;

Chicken Parmesan & Baked Ravioli Parmesan - a sautéed chicken favorite paired with panko breaded ravioli filled with five Italian cheeses, lightly fried then baked and topped with a pomodoro sauce, romano and mozzarella cheese;
