(Nasdaq:BLMN) today announced that it will release results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2012, on Tuesday, September 4, 2012 after the market closes. The Company will host a conference call to review its financial results on Wednesday, September 5, 2012 at 9:00 AM EDT.
