Colleen Keating joined the Bloomin’ Brands Board in February of 2026 and is a member of the Compensation Committee.

Ms. Keating currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Planet Fitness, Inc. Prior to her current role, she served as Chief Executive Officer of FirstKey Homes from 2020 to 2024 and as Chief Operating Officer of InterContinental Hotels Group (“IHG”), where she oversaw global hotel operations and advanced initiatives focused on customer experience, operational consistency, and brand performance.

Before joining IHG, Ms. Keating spent 17 years with Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., holding leadership roles of increasing responsibility across operations, franchise management, sales, and marketing, including Senior Vice President of Franchise Operations for North America and Senior Vice President of Operations for the North Region.

With more than 30 years of experience, Ms. Keating has developed deep expertise in consumer and retail industries, large‑scale, multi‑brand hospitality operations, and real‑estate‑intensive business models. She also has extensive experience in human capital strategy, organizational design, leadership development, and executive compensation across franchise‑driven organizations. She is certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt.
